I really enjoyed having an opportunity to consider problem solving as a process rather than just and end result. I'm excited about sharing ideas with my teachers.
I think the most beneficial parts of this workshop were the strategies given for vocabulary development and concept modeling. I have already begun to use some of these with my current class.
I really enjoyed the session on the strategies. I am currently using them in my class daily and plan to continue stressing the importance of problem solving to my students.
I enjoyed learning about the CCGPS and the flow the standards will have along the grades. I also liked learning about the strategies, I feel I already used some of them but now i have a name for what I'm doing.
